I'd like to personally thank you for your hard work and effort in selling my investment unit in Penrith.
As you are aware it had been on the market for 3 months prior to being with L.J. Hooker with another (cheaper) agent.
Even though the previous agent managed to find me a buyer they weren't able to put the deal together due to a negative "Building Report" which was out of my control as it was a 'strata issue'.
So I decided to spend a little money on the unit internally to make it look a little more appealing to the eye and listed it with you because I knew and trusted you.
Not only did you find me another buyer within a few weeks you also negotiated a price of $10,000 more than the first buyer from the previous agent offered. I may have signed to pay a little more commission but in the end you managed to get me a much more attractive sale price.

Along this journey, Peter's expertise and dedication were acknowledged through a staggering 30+ individual awards for Real Estate achievement.
The pinnacle of success came in 2006 when the Penrith office under Peter's leadership claimed the coveted title of the No. 1 Sales office for L.J. Hooker in the Outer Western Suburbs of Sydney. This accomplishment not only showcased Peter's leadership but also reflected the trust and satisfaction of the community he served.
Peter's continuous membership in the prestigious Captain's Club, spanning since 1995 and the last 28 years in the Multi Million Dollar Sales Chapter, is a testament to his sustained excellence. His dedication goes beyond individual achievements, having served two years as President of the Captain's Club (Tosh Region) and contributing as a committee member of the Nepean division of the Real Estate Institute. In 2015 Peter continued his studies achieving Accredited Auctioneer status and has successfully called many auctions since.
The Real Estate Institute of NSW recognized Peter's significant contribution by awarding him Accreditation as a Residential Sales Specialist. This accreditation not only validates his expertise but also positions him as a role model within the real estate community.
